稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interferon-alpha B (IFN-alpha B or IFNA8) is a member of the type I interferon family, which plays a crucial role in the innate immune response against viral infections and other pathogens. IFNA8 is primarily produced by plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) and is known for its antiviral, antiproliferative, and immunomodulatory effects. Research into IFNA8 has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications in treating viral infections, autoimmune diseases, and certain types of cancers. The reconstitution and study of recombinant IFN-alpha B proteins have become pivotal in understanding their biological mechanisms, receptor interactions, and signaling pathways. Moreover, the ability to produce these proteins in sufficient quantities allows for in-depth functional assays and the exploration of their clinical utility in enhancing immune responses. Investigations into the structure-function relationship of IFNA8 are also essential for optimizing its efficacy and decreasing potential side effects in therapeutic applications. Overall, continued research on IFN-alpha B is vital for unveiling new insights into immune modulation and developing innovative strategies for disease intervention.
