Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DOK4, or Docking Protein 4, is a member of the DOK family, which plays critical roles in cell signaling and regulation. Research surrounding DOK4 has gained traction due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Notably, DOK4 has been implicated in several pathological conditions, such as cancer and autoimmune diseases, establishing its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have highlighted its role in modulating signaling pathways, particularly those related to receptor tyrosine kinases and immune responses. The recombinant expression of DOK4 allows for detailed investigation into its functional properties, interactions, and mechanisms of action at a molecular level. This approach aids in elucidating the precise roles DOK4 plays in cellular contexts and its potential impact on health and disease. By studying DOK4 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies that leverage its regulatory functions in signaling pathways, contributing to advances in personalized medicine and targeted therapies for diseases where DOK4's dysregulation is evident.
