稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IgG2 recombinant proteins are crucial for advancing our understanding of the immune response and developing therapeutics. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a major class of antibodies produced by the immune system, and its subclass IgG2 plays a significant role in responding to various pathogens, especially polysaccharide antigens from bacteria and fungi. Unlike other subclasses, IgG2 exhibits unique structural and functional properties, making it particularly effective in certain immune responses. Research into IgG2 recombinant proteins aims to harness these properties for the development of vaccines and monoclonal antibodies that can target specific diseases, including infections and cancers. The production of these proteins through recombinant DNA technology allows for the generation of high-purity, uniform antibodies, thereby facilitating more precise studies of their interactions and mechanisms of action. Additionally, understanding the structure-function relationships of IgG2 can lead to innovations in therapeutic design, enhancing efficacy and minimizing side effects. The exploration of IgG2's role in immune regulation and its potential as a treatment modality underscores its significance in immunology and biotechnology, highlighting the need for continued research in this area.
