稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRTAM (Cytotoxicity-Related Adhesion Molecule) is a cell surface protein that plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the interaction between T cells and target cells. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is predominantly expressed on cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells. The study of CRTAM and its recombinant proteins has gained importance due to its potential implications in enhancing anti-tumor immunity and improving immunotherapeutic strategies. Research has shown that CRTAM can facilitate the adhesion of T cells to target cells, promoting the cytotoxic activity necessary for an effective immune response against cancer cells. Understanding the structural and functional properties of CRTAM, along with the development of recombinant forms of the protein, may lead to the design of novel therapeutic approaches for cancer treatment and other diseases where immune modulation is beneficial. Moreover, the ability to produce CRTAM as a recombinant protein allows scientists to investigate its biological functions and interactions in greater detail, paving the way for new strategies to harness the immune system in combating tumors and infectious diseases. This research is particularly relevant in the context of developing personalized medicine and targeted therapies that could improve patient outcomes in a range of malignancies. Overall, the exploration of CRTAM as a recombinant protein offers valuable insights into its role in immune regulation and holds promise for advancing immunotherapy.
