Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANAPC10 (Anaphase Promoting Complex Subunit 10) is a critical component of the Anaphase Promoting Complex/Cyclosome (APC/C), a multi-subunit E3 ubiquitin ligase that plays a pivotal role in regulating the cell cycle, particularly during the transition from metaphase to anaphase. Research on ANAPC10 has gained significant attention due to its essential role in promoting the degradation of cell cycle regulators, such as cyclins and securin, thereby ensuring proper chromosome segregation and preventing aneuploidy. Aberrant function or expression of ANAPC10 has been linked to various cancers, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Studies involving the recombinant production of ANAPC10 are crucial for elucidating its biochemical properties, interactions with other APC/C subunits, and understanding its regulatory mechanisms. The recombinant protein can be used in functional assays to investigate its role in ubiquitination processes and overall cellular dynamics. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of ANAPC10 through recombinant DNA technology provides insights into its contribution to the APC/C's architecture and its implications in cell cycle dysregulation, which is a hallmark of tumorigenesis. As research progresses, the characterization of ANAPC10 may lead to novel strategies for cancer treatment, making it a focus of ongoing molecular biology and oncology studies.
