Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCRL2, or Chemokine C-C motif receptor-like 2, is a receptor that has garnered significant attention in immunology due to its crucial role in various immune responses, particularly in the regulation of inflammatory processes. This protein is predominantly expressed in immune cells, including monocytes and macrophages, and is involved in the migration and activation of these cells in response to inflammatory stimuli. Research on CCRL2 has shown its potential involvement in several pathological conditions, such as chronic inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. The receptor interacts with a variety of chemokines, influencing immune cell behavior and contributing to the pathogenesis of these diseases. Understanding the structure and function of CCRL2 is essential for developing targeted therapies that could modulate immune responses for therapeutic benefit. The production of recombinant CCRL2 protein allows for detailed biochemical and functional studies, facilitating insights into its role in immune regulation. Through the study of CCRL2, researchers aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, which could lead to innovative treatments for immune-related disorders.
