Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COMMD6 (copper metabolism MURR1 domain-containing 6) is a protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including protein quality control and ion transport. Originally identified for its involvement in copper metabolism, COMMD6 has garnered attention for its potential impact on cellular signaling pathways, particularly in relation to oxidative stress and inflammation. Recent studies have shown that COMMD6 interacts with several key proteins, suggesting its role as a regulatory hub in cellular homeostasis. Its expression has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where dysregulation might contribute to disease progression. Understanding the function of COMMD6 through recombinant protein studies can provide insight into its mechanistic roles and therapeutic potential. Additionally, characterizing the interactions and functional consequences of COMMD6 can aid in the development of targeted interventions for conditions associated with its dysregulation. The research into COMMD6 recombinant protein aims to elucidate the nuances of its biological activities and establish a foundation for future therapeutic applications.
