Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP2R2B, a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as cell growth, division, and signal transduction by modulating the activity of the PP2A enzyme. PP2A is a key tumor suppressor, and its dysregulation has been implicated in various cancers, making PPP2R2B a protein of interest in oncology research. Understanding the structure and function of PPP2R2B can provide insights into its specific roles within the PP2A complex and how it influences cellular pathways. Recent studies have shown that alterations in PPP2R2B expression and function can contribute to tumorigenesis, further highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, the generation of recombinant PPP2R2B proteins has facilitated the investigation of its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components, paving the way for new strategies in cancer treatment and diagnostics. As researchers continue to explore the mechanisms by which PPP2R2B modulates PP2A activity, the hope is to uncover novel interventions for diseases associated with PP2A dysregulation, enhancing our understanding of cellular homeostasis and cancer biology.
