稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CINP (Cdk2-interacting protein) is an important molecule involved in cell cycle regulation and DNA damage response. Discovered in the context of cancer research, CINP plays a crucial role in the interaction between cyclin-dependent kinases and DNA repair pathways, particularly in the context of cellular stress. Research has highlighted that CINP may act as a molecular hub that coordinates various signaling pathways, ensuring the proper timing and execution of cell cycle progression and DNA repair mechanisms. Abnormalities in CINP expression or function have been linked to various malignancies, making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Thus, understanding CINP's structure and function through recombinant protein studies not only sheds light on its biological roles but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting the underlying mechanisms of tumorigenesis. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques have enabled researchers to produce and characterize recombinant CINP protein, allowing for detailed biochemical analyses and high-throughput screening for small molecules that may modulate its activity. This research is essential for unveiling the role of CINP in cancer biology and identifying potential interventions that could enhance the efficacy of existing treatments.
