稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CHRAC1 (Chromatin Remodeling Activator 1) is a vital protein implicated in the regulation of gene expression through chromatin remodeling, a critical process that influences cellular function and development. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of CHRAC1 in various biological processes, including differentiation, cell proliferation, and response to environmental stimuli. Its ability to modulate chromatin structure allows it to participate in the formation of specific transcriptional complexes, thereby impacting gene accessibility and transcriptional activation. The investigation of CHRAC1 as a recombinant protein aims to elucidate its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular contexts. By expressing CHRAC1 in a recombinant system, researchers can obtain large quantities of the protein for in vitro studies, allowing for detailed analysis of its biochemical properties and interaction with other chromatin-associated factors. Understanding the role of CHRAC1 in chromatin dynamics not only offers insights into fundamental cellular processes but also holds potential implications for understanding diseases associated with aberrant gene regulation, such as cancer and developmental disorders. Given the growing interest in targeted therapies that address these conditions, the study of CHRAC1 and its associated pathways could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. The ongoing research into CHRAC1 reaffirms its importance in the field of molecular biology and highlights the need for further investigation into its mechanistic roles and functional significance in health and disease.
