稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FCGR1A, also known as CD64, is a high-affinity receptor for the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in phagocytosis and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Research on FCGR1A recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in immunotherapy, diagnostics, and understanding autoimmune diseases. The ability of FCGR1A to mediate interactions between immune cells and antibodies makes it a key player in enhancing therapeutic efficacy against malignancies and infectious diseases. Additionally, studies have shown that variations in FCGR1A expression can influence the clinical outcomes of antibody treatments, highlighting its significance in precision medicine. By producing and characterizing recombinant FCGR1A proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying its function, investigate its role in modulating immune responses, and explore its potential as a target for novel therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, recombinant FCGR1A can serve as a valuable tool for studying antibody binding dynamics and developing new diagnostic assays, thereby bridging the gap between basic research and clinical applications. Overall, the exploration of FCGR1A recombinant proteins represents a promising frontier in immunology that could lead to advancements in therapeutic strategies and improved patient care.
