Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASF1B (Anti-Silencing Function 1B) is a histone chaperone that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including DNA replication, repair, and transcription regulation. It operates by facilitating the assembly and disassembly of histone proteins, thereby influencing chromatin structure and function. Recent studies have shown that ASF1B is unique in its capacity to interact with specific histone variants, highlighting its potential role in epigenetic regulation. The dysregulation of ASF1B has been implicated in several cancers, making it a target of interest for therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, research has indicated its involvement in the cellular stress response, suggesting that ASF1B could be pivotal in maintaining genomic stability under adverse conditions. Investigating the molecular mechanisms of ASF1B and its interactome is fundamental to understanding its contributions to cell biology and disease states. Given its significance in both normal and pathological conditions, ASF1B continues to attract attention in the fields of molecular biology and cancer research, with ongoing studies aiming to elucidate its functions and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target.
