稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASCC1 (Amplified in Breast Cancer 1) is a protein that has garnered significant attention in cancer research due to its potential role in various malignancies, particularly breast cancer. This gene is often found to be overexpressed in cancer tissues, suggesting a correlation with tumor progression and poor prognosis. ASCC1 is involved in crucial cellular processes, including DNA damage response and repair, transcription regulation, and cell proliferation. Its overexpression may contribute to the survival of cancer cells under stress conditions, such as DNA damage, thereby facilitating tumorigenesis. Recent studies have focused on the biochemical properties of ASCC1 and its interactions with other proteins within cellular signaling pathways, thereby elucidating its functional mechanisms in cancer biology. The recombinant protein form of ASCC1 is being produced to enable more detailed functional assays, structural studies, and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the intricacies of ASCC1 function can provide novel insights into cancer treatment strategies and may lead to the development of targeted therapies that inhibit its activity, ultimately aiming to improve patient outcomes in cancers where ASCC1 is implicated.
