稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STAM1 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 1) is a critical adaptor protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, immune response, and apoptosis. Its unique structure, which includes a VHS (Vps27p/Hrs/STAM) domain and a PTB (phosphotyrosine-binding) domain, enables it to interact with multiple signaling pathways, notably those activated by cytokines and growth factors. Research into STAM1 has gained momentum as its dysregulation has been associated with various diseases, including cancers and immune disorders. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying STAM1 function is essential for developing targeted therapeutic strategies. Recombinant STAM1 protein has become a vital tool in these studies, allowing researchers to dissect its interactions and functions in detail. By employing techniques such as X-ray crystallography and mass spectrometry, scientists aim to elucidate the structural and functional aspects of STAM1, providing insights into its role in physiological and pathological processes. This knowledge could pave the way for innovative treatments that modulate STAM1's activity, thus influencing disease outcomes and enhancing therapeutic efficacy.
