Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IFNA1, also known as Interferon Alpha-1, is a type of cytokine that plays a crucial role in the immune response. It is part of the Type I interferon family, which is pivotal for antiviral defense and modulating immune responses. The increased interest in IFNA1 has been driven by its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in viral infections, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. Recent studies have revealed that IFNA1 not only enhances the antiviral state of cells but also influences various immune pathways, making its recombinant form an attractive candidate for biopharmaceutical development. The need for effective therapeutic agents in the face of emerging viral pathogens and the rise of drug-resistant infections further underscores the significance of IFNA1 research. Scientists are focusing on optimizing the production of IFNA1 recombinant proteins using various expression systems, ensuring proper folding and bioactivity. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of IFNA1 is vital for designing more potent analogs that retain therapeutic efficacy while minimizing side effects. Overall, the study of IFNA1 recombinant proteins is a promising area that could contribute to novel treatment strategies in infectious diseases and enhance our understanding of immune regulation.
