Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YWHAE, also known as 14-3-3 epsilon, is a member of the 14-3-3 protein family, which plays a pivotal role in a variety of cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. The study of YWHAE recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their involvement in numerous physiological and pathological conditions. Research indicates that YWHAE is implicated in cancer progression, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The characterization of YWHAE through recombinant protein technology allows for an in-depth investigation into its structure-function relationship, interactions with other proteins, and its regulatory mechanisms within signaling pathways. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of YWHAE can illuminate its role in disease contexts and aid in the development of targeted therapies. Moreover, the production of recombinant YWHAE can facilitate the development of diagnostic tools and novel therapeutic strategies, making it a critical area of research in cellular biology and medicine. Given its versatile functions and significant implications in health and disease, YWHAE continues to be a promising candidate for further exploration and potential clinical applications.
