Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRLF3, or Cytokine Receptor-Like Factor 3, is a relatively novel protein that has garnered attention in the field of immunology and cell signaling due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Research indicates that CRLF3 may be involved in the regulation of immune responses, cell differentiation, and apoptosis, making it a candidate for understanding complex diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. The study of recombinant CRLF3 protein is essential for elucidating its function, interactions, and potential therapeutic applications. By producing CRLF3 in a recombinant form, researchers aim to overcome the limitations posed by the low natural expression levels and facilitate in-depth biochemical analyses. Understanding the structure and activity of CRLF3 could provide insights into its role in immune system modulation and pave the way for novel treatments leveraging its pathway. Furthermore, the investigation of CRLF3 may contribute to the identification of biomarkers for specific diseases, enhancing diagnostic precision and guiding therapeutic strategies. As the field evolves, continued research into recombinant CRLF3 is vital for unraveling its complexities and harnessing its potential benefits in translational medicine.
