Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of SoxA, a protein from the SoxR/SoxS regulatory system, has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its pivotal role in bacterial response to oxidative stress. SoxA acts as a transcriptional activator, facilitating the expression of various genes that provide protection against reactive oxygen species (ROS). This regulatory mechanism is crucial for the survival of bacteria in hostile environments, such as during infection or exposure to antibiotics. Moreover, SoxA is known to interact with other proteins and factors, making it an important subject for understanding complex cellular signaling pathways. Research on recombinant SoxA protein has advanced our understanding of its structural and functional properties, aiding in the elucidation of its role in gene regulation and oxidative stress response. By generating and characterizing recombinant SoxA, researchers aim to explore its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine, including the development of novel antimicrobial agents. The intricate dynamics of SoxA and its interactions not only contribute to the fundamental knowledge of bacterial stress responses but also hold implications for public health challenges associated with antibiotic resistance. This research underlines the importance of SoxA in both basic science and applied microbiology, making it a promising target for future studies aimed at harnessing its properties for therapeutic purposes.
