Biological Activity
Measured by its ability to chemoattract BaF3 mouse proB cells transfected with mouse CCR3. The ED50 for this effect is ≤0.0519 µg/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is ≥1.929×104 U/mg. Measured by its ability to chemoattract BaF3 mouse proB cells transfected with mouse CCR3. The ED50 for this effect is 0.048 µg/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is 2.083×104 U/mg.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
