稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCR2 (C-C chemokine receptor type 2), also known as CD192, is a crucial receptor in the immune system that plays a significant role in the recruitment and migration of monocytes to sites of inflammation. This receptor is primarily expressed on monocytes, dendritic cells, and certain T cells, making it essential for processes such as tissue repair, inflammatory responses, and the development of various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. Given its pivotal role in mediating immune responses, CCR2 has emerged as a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Research into CCR2/CD192 recombinant proteins involves the development of these proteins for understanding their structure, function, and interactions with ligands. Such studies are critical for elucidating the mechanisms underlying CCR2 signaling pathways and their implications in health and disease. Additionally, recombinant CCR2 proteins can serve as valuable tools in both basic research and drug development, providing insights into receptor dynamics, potential inhibitors, and the design of more effective therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses. This growing body of research underscores the potential of CCR2/CD192 as a focal point for new treatments in inflammatory diseases, thus contributing to the advancement of precision medicine in immunology.
