Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADAP1 (abnormal spindle-like microcephalus 1) is a protein that has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Originally identified as a critical player in cell cycle regulation, ADAP1 has been linked to various physiological functions, including neuronal development and immune response. Abnormalities in its expression or function have been associated with a range of neurological disorders and cancers, highlighting the importance of understanding its molecular interactions. Research has increasingly focused on characterizing the structural properties of ADAP1 through recombinant protein techniques, which allow for the production of large quantities of the protein for functional analysis. By using recombinant DNA technology, researchers aim to elucidate the role of ADAP1 in cellular pathways, investigate its interactions with other proteins, and assess its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of ADAP1 recombinant proteins not only aids in comprehending the fundamental biology of this protein but also contributes to the development of novel approaches for treating diseases associated with its dysfunction.
