稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of recombinant CyaA (adenylate cyclase toxin) has garnered considerable attention in the field of microbiology and immunology due to its significant role in bacterial pathogenesis, particularly in the context of Bordetella pertussis, the causative agent of whooping cough. CyaA functions as a virulence factor by forming a pore in host cell membranes and subsequently elevating intracellular cAMP levels, which disrupts normal cellular signaling and immune responses. Understanding the structure and function of CyaA not only aids in deciphering its mechanism of action but also opens avenues for vaccine development. Researchers have focused on generating recombinant CyaA, which allows for the analysis of its functional domains and immunogenic properties. This recombinant approach facilitates the exploration of CyaA as a potential adjuvant in vaccine formulations and as a target for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, studies on the recombinant protein can provide insights into the evolutionary adaptations of pathogens and contribute to the development of novel strategies for combating infections caused by Bordetella and related pathogens. The significance of CyaA in host-pathogen interactions makes it a valuable candidate for research aimed at enhancing our understanding of immune evasion tactics employed by bacteria and developing effective preventative measures against bacterial diseases.
