简介
HCLS1, a substrate of antigen receptor-coupled tyrosine kinase, is pivotal in lymphoid cell antigen receptor signaling, influencing clonal expansion and deletion. Beyond signaling, it may regulate gene expression. HCLS1 forms associations with LCK, LYN, and ANKRD54, exhibiting intricate involvement in signaling networks. Interactions with FES/FPS and FGR add to its functional complexity, emphasizing its role in diverse cellular processes. HCLS1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived HCLS1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCK1 (N-shlicing and C-terminal kinase 1) is a critical adaptor protein involved in various cellular processes such as signal transduction, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cell migration. Its function is primarily associated with the regulation of intracellular signaling pathways, particularly those mediated by receptor tyrosine kinases. The study of NCK1 and its recombinant protein has gained traction due to its role in cancer progression and metastasis. NCK1 interacts with multiple signaling molecules and pathways, including the Rho GTPases and the actin cytoskeleton, which are vital for cellular migration and invasion. Furthermore, aberrations in NCK1 expression or function have been linked to different types of malignancies, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. Research on recombinant NCK1 protein is essential for elucidating its structural and functional properties, which could provide insights into its mechanism of action in both normal physiology and pathological conditions. This knowledge is crucial for developing strategies aimed at modulating NCK1 activity in cancer treatment. Therefore, understanding NCK1's functional dynamics through recombinant protein studies will greatly enhance our grasp of its contributions to cellular behavior and its implications in disease.
