Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*24:02&B2M&Survivin 2B (AYACNTSTL) tetramer recombinant protein plays a crucial role in cancer immunotherapy research, particularly in the context of targeting tumors expressing the survivin protein. Survivin, a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP) family, is frequently overexpressed in various cancers, making it an attractive target for immune-based therapies. The utilization of HLA-A*24:02, a prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule, allows for the effective presentation of the survivin 2B epitope (AYACNTSTL) to CD8+ T cells. This specific epitope has been shown to elicit robust cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses, making it a focus for developing effective cancer vaccines. By creating a tetrameric form of the recombinant protein that combines HLA-A*24:02 and beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) with the survivin 2B peptide, researchers can accurately identify and characterize T cells that are specific to this cancer-associated antigen. This approach aids in understanding the immune response to cancer and paves the way for tailored immunotherapies that harness the body’s immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. The development and study of such tetramers are essential for advancing personalized medicine strategies and improving patient outcomes in cancer treatment.
