  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The study of the HLA-A*24:02 molecule, a prominent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I allele, is crucial due to its relevance in immune responses, particularly in the context of cancer immunotherapy. HLA-A*24:02 presents peptides to CD8+ T cells, and its binding capacity can significantly influence the effectiveness of T cell-mediated anti-tumor responses. One peptide of interest is Survivin 2B (AYACNTSTL), derived from the Survivin protein, which is overexpressed in various tumors and is associated with cell proliferation and apoptosis regulation. Recombinant protein technology has been employed to produce monomeric forms of HLA-A*24:02, in complex with the Survivin 2B peptide and beta-2 microglobulin (B2M), to facilitate detailed studies on peptide presentation and T cell activation. This research aims to elucidate the structural and functional dynamics of the HLA-peptide complex, providing insights into T cell recognition and enhancing our understanding of targeted cancer therapies. By characterizing the HLA-A*24:02/B2M/Survivin 2B monomer, the study seeks to improve the design of cancer vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies, ultimately contributing to more effective immunotherapeutic strategies against tumors expressing this specific antigen. These findings could pave the way for novel therapeutic interventions that harness the body's immune system to combat cancer more effectively.
