Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-A*24:02, B2M, and MAGE-A3 (IMPKAGLLI) monomer recombinant protein is rooted in the field of immunology and cancer research. HLA-A*24:02 is a prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allele linked to various diseases and is of particular interest due to its role in presenting tumor-associated antigens to T cells. MAGE-A3, a well-characterized cancer/testis antigen, is expressed in several tumors but not in normal tissues, making it an attractive target for immunotherapy. The peptide IMPKAGLLI, derived from MAGE-A3, has been identified as an important epitope that can elicit a robust immune response. In tandem with β2-microglobulin (B2M), which stabilizes the HLA class I molecules on cell surfaces, the recombinant expression of these proteins facilitates the investigation of their interactions and functionality. This research aims to advance our understanding of antigen presentation and immune evasion in cancer, ultimately contributing to the development of targeted immunotherapeutic strategies. By studying the HLA-A*24:02/B2M/MAGE-A3 complex, researchers can explore its potential in vaccine development and personalized medicine approaches for patients with cancers expressing MAGE-A3. This could lead to enhanced T-cell responses and improved clinical outcomes in immunotherapy.
