Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CEACAM7 (Carcinoembryonic Antigen-related Cell Adhesion Molecule 7) is a member of the CEACAM family, which plays a significant role in cell adhesion and immune response modulation. Recent studies have highlighted its potential involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer progression, immune evasion, and pathogen interaction. CEACAM7 is predominantly expressed in epithelial tissues, and alterations in its expression have been linked to tumorigenesis, particularly in colorectal cancers. Research into recombinant CEACAM7 proteins aims to elucidate their functional roles in cell signaling, immune responses, and interactions with pathogens. Furthermore, understanding the structural and biochemical properties of CEACAM7 can provide insights into its mechanism of action and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant forms of CEACAM7 can be utilized in various experimental setups, including binding assays, functional assays, and potential vaccine development, facilitating a deeper comprehension of its roles in human health and disease. Through these investigations, CEACAM7 may emerge as a promising biomarker or therapeutic candidate in oncology and immunology. Thus, the study of CEACAM7 recombinant proteins is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of cell adhesion molecules and their impact on disease processes.
