Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*02:01/B2M/HPV16 E7 (YMLDLQPET) monomer is a recombinant protein that plays a crucial role in understanding the immune response to human papillomavirus (HPV), particularly in HPV-related cancers. Human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) is one of the most prevalent high-risk HPV strains associated with the development of cervical and other anogenital cancers. The E7 protein of HPV16 is a key oncogenic factor that interferes with cell cycle regulation, and its peptide YMLDLQPET is recognized by T cells in the context of the HLA-A*02:01 molecule, a common class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) allele in many populations. Studying this protein complex aids in elucidating the mechanisms of T cell recognition and activation during an HPV infection, which is vital for the development of therapeutic vaccines and immunotherapies. By producing and analyzing the HLA-A*02:01/B2M/HPV16 E7 monomer, researchers can explore the peptide-MHC interactions and how they influence T cell responses, potentially leading to enhanced preventive and therapeutic strategies against HPV-associated malignancies. This research also enhances our understanding of the role of specific immune responses in cancer immunology, paving the way for innovative treatments aimed at boosting the body's ability to combat HPV-induced tumors.
