Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the HLA-A*01:01, B2M, and DSG3 (NTDNNLAVY) monomer recombinant protein is situated at the intersection of immunology and therapeutic development. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules, particularly HLA-A*01:01, play a critical role in the immune system by presenting peptide fragments to T cells, thus initiating immune responses. B2M (beta-2 microglobulin) is an essential component of MHC class I molecules, influencing their stability and expression on cell surfaces. The DSG3 peptide, with the sequence NTDNNLAVY, is of particular interest due to its potential role in autoimmunity and cancer immunotherapy. Understanding the interactions and functional roles of this specific recombinant protein could provide insights into T cell recognition mechanisms and their implications in disease pathogenesis. Furthermore, research on this monomer could contribute to the development of targeted therapies for conditions like pemphigus vulgaris and various cancers, where aberrant immune responses play a pivotal role. Studying this system in detail may facilitate the design of novel immunotherapeutics and enhance our understanding of MHC-peptide dynamics in health and disease.
