稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*01:01&B2M&CT83(NTDNNLAVY) tetramer is a recombinant protein that plays a crucial role in the study of cancer immunology and T cell responses. HLA-A*01:01 is a well-characterized human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule, essential for presenting peptides to CD8+ T cells, thus facilitating immune recognition of tumor cells. The CT83 peptide (NTDNNLAVY) is derived from the CT83 antigen, which is expressed in various malignancies, making it a promising target for cancer immunotherapy. The creation of tetramers, which consist of four copies of the peptide-HLA complex, enables the precise identification and isolation of CT83-specific T cells from peripheral blood or tumor samples. This has important implications for understanding tumor immune evasion mechanisms, monitoring the effectiveness of immunotherapies, and developing personalized T cell therapies. By utilizing HLA-A*01:01 tetramers, researchers can delve deeper into T cell repertoire analysis, promoting the advancement of therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity and improving patient outcomes in cancer treatment.
