Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIMCH1 (LIM domain containing protein kinase 1) is a member of the LIM domain-containing protein family, which plays crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and cytoskeletal organization. The protein is characterized by the presence of LIM domains that facilitate protein-protein interactions, contributing to the assembly of multiprotein complexes. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of LIMCH1 in various physiological and pathological contexts, including its potential involvement in cancer progression and neurodevelopmental disorders. Understanding the structure and function of LIMCH1 is vital for elucidating its role in cellular dynamics and signaling pathways. The development of recombinant LIMCH1 proteins allows for detailed biophysical studies and functional assays, enabling researchers to investigate its interaction with other cellular molecules and clarify its biological functions. Additionally, recombinant LIMCH1 can serve as a valuable tool for therapeutic applications, including the design of inhibitors that could mitigate its aberrant activity in disease states. Overall, the study of LIMCH1 recombinants presents an exciting avenue for advancing our knowledge of this versatile protein and its implications in health and disease.
