Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COPS6, a member of the COP9 signalosome complex, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, protein degradation, and transcription regulation. The COP9 signalosome is a multi-protein complex that is involved in the modification of substrates through ubiquitin-proteasome pathways, thereby influencing cell cycle progression and responses to environmental stress. Abnormalities in the expression and function of COPS6 have been linked to multiple diseases, including cancer, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Researchers have begun to explore the potential of COPS6 as a therapeutic target, as manipulating its activity may provide novel strategies for cancer treatment and other pathologies. Additionally, the investigation into the structural dynamics of COPS6 can offer insights into its functional mechanisms and interactions within the COP9 signalosome, paving the way for a better understanding of its biological significance. Given these insights, the study of recombinant COPS6 protein has become a vital area of research, aiming to elucidate its precise roles and regulatory pathways in health and disease, which could ultimately lead to innovative therapeutic interventions.
