Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HIST1H4A, a gene encoding histone H4, plays a crucial role in the structural organization of chromatin and regulation of gene expression. As a core component of the nucleosome, HIST1H4A is essential for DNA packaging within the nucleus, influencing both the accessibility of genetic material and the processes of transcription, replication, and repair. Research into HIST1H4A recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to its implications in various biological processes and its association with several diseases, including cancer. The study of HIST1H4A allows for a deeper understanding of epigenetic regulation and chromatin remodeling. Recombinant HIST1H4A proteins have been utilized in biochemical assays to investigate histone modifications and their effects on the chromatin landscape. Furthermore, understanding the functional dynamics of HIST1H4A contributes to the exploration of therapeutic strategies targeting epigenetic modifications, thereby offering potential pathways for the treatment of transcriptional dysregulation in diseases. This research is particularly significant given the growing recognition of the importance of histone variants and their post-translational modifications in cellular differentiation, development, and pathological states. By employing advanced techniques in molecular biology and biochemistry, studies surrounding HIST1H4A can elucidate its role as a regulatory element in gene expression and contribute to the broader field of epigenetics.
