稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SP140 is a nuclear protein that plays a critical role in the regulation of the immune response and the development of autoimmune diseases. It has been identified as a critical factor in the function of immune system cells, particularly in lymphocytes, where it influences gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. The SP140 gene is located on chromosome 2 and is known to exhibit polymorphisms associated with various autoimmune conditions, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis. Research has shown that SP140 can modulate the activity of transcription factors, affecting the production of cytokines and immune responses. Given its significance in immunity and autoimmunity, SP140 has become a target of interest in molecular and cellular biology studies, aiming to elucidate its precise mechanisms of action. The investigation of recombinant SP140 proteins has allowed scientists to analyze the structure-function relationship of this protein, providing insights into how it interacts with other nuclear components and contributes to the development of immune pathologies. Understanding SP140's functions could open new avenues for therapeutic interventions in autoimmune diseases and other immune-related disorders.
