稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on the PER3 recombinant protein has gained attention due to its significant role in the human circadian clock and various physiological processes. As a member of the Period gene family, PER3 is crucial in regulating circadian rhythms, sleep-wake cycles, and responses to light-dark cycles. Dysregulation of PER3 has been implicated in sleep disorders, mood disorders, and metabolic syndromes, making it a target of interest for biomedical research. The ability to produce PER3 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed biochemical studies, including investigations into its interactions with other clock proteins and cellular mechanisms. Understanding the structure and function of PER3 can lead to insights into circadian biology and potential therapeutic approaches for conditions associated with circadian disruption. The exploration of PER3 also opens avenues for the development of pharmacological agents targeting circadian rhythm-related disorders, thus highlighting the importance of this protein in both basic and applied sciences.
