Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LYPD3, also known as C4.4A, is a member of the Ly6 superfamily that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cell adhesion and signaling. Originally identified as a marker in various tumors, LYPD3 is expressed in several tissues and has been linked to tumor progression, immune response modulation, and cell migration. Its unique structure, featuring a single cysteine-rich domain, suggests that it may interact with other proteins or receptors, influencing cellular behavior. Research into LYPD3/C4.4A recombinant proteins has aimed to elucidate its biological functions and therapeutic potential, especially in oncology and immunology. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of LYPD3/C4.4A for experimental purposes, facilitating studies on its role in cancer biology, immune evasion, and potential applications in targeted therapies. Understanding this protein's mechanisms can open avenues for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, especially in cancers where LYPD3 expression is upregulated.
