稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Integrin alpha L beta 2, also known as LFA-1 (lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1), is a crucial adhesion molecule primarily expressed on leukocytes. It plays a vital role in immune responses by mediating the interactions between leukocytes and other cells, including endothelial cells and antigen-presenting cells. The correct functioning of LFA-1 is essential for leukocyte trafficking, proliferation, and activation, influencing various physiological processes including inflammation and immune surveillance. Given its importance in the immune system, dysregulation of LFA-1 activity is associated with various autoimmune diseases and inflammatory disorders. The study of recombinant integrin alpha L beta 2 proteins has garnered interest for their potential applications in therapeutic interventions and vaccine development. By generating and characterizing these recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the structural and functional relationships underpinning LFA-1's role in immune responses. Furthermore, investigations into LFA-1 interactions at the molecular level can provide insights into the design of targeted therapies aimed at modulating immune function. Understanding the dynamics of integrin alpha L beta 2 not only enhances our knowledge of immune system mechanisms but also opens avenues for innovative treatments in immunology and related fields.
