稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-1RA, also known as Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist, is a key cytokine that plays a critical role in regulating the immune response by inhibiting the actions of IL-1, a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in various inflammatory diseases. Its primary function is to bind to the same receptors as IL-1 without activating them, effectively blocking IL-1’s inflammatory effects. The recombinant form of IL-1RA, including its isoform IL-1F3, has garnered attention for its therapeutic potential in treating conditions characterized by excessive inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases, and other inflammatory disorders. Research has demonstrated that the administration of recombinant IL-1RA can significantly reduce inflammation and improve clinical outcomes in affected patients. The production of high-purity, biologically active recombinant IL-1RA has become a focus of biotechnological advancements, enabling further exploration of its efficacy and safety profiles in various clinical settings. Understanding the molecular mechanisms and the precise role of IL-1RA in modulating the IL-1 pathway is crucial for developing targeted therapies aimed at mitigating inflammatory responses and improving patient health outcomes. Ongoing studies are investigating the optimal dosing, delivery methods, and potential combination therapies that could enhance the therapeutic effects of IL-1RA, establishing it as a promising candidate for future interventions in inflammatory diseases.
