  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

MCV-type II chemokine-like recombinant proteins have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their potential roles in immune modulation and inflammation. These proteins are derived from mollusc-derived chemokine-like molecules, which exhibit structural similarities to vertebrate chemokines but with unique functional properties. Research indicates that MCV-type II proteins may influence immune cell migration and activation, thereby impacting various physiological processes, including wound healing and responses to infection. Studies have demonstrated that these recombinant proteins can interact with specific receptors on immune cells, leading to the activation of signaling pathways that regulate inflammatory responses. Understanding the mechanisms underlying the action of MCV-type II chemokine-like proteins could pave the way for novel therapeutic interventions in treating inflammatory diseases, autoimmune conditions, and cancer. Furthermore, their potential application in enhancing vaccine efficacy and developing biotherapeutic agents makes them a promising area of investigation in immunology and biomedicine. The ongoing exploration of these proteins aims to elucidate their biological functions and therapeutic potentials, highlighting their importance in both fundamental research and clinical applications.
