稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HCC-4/CCL16, a chemokine protein, plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating the recruitment of immune cells to sites of inflammation and infection. It belongs to the CC chemokine family and is primarily expressed in the thymus, lymph nodes, and various tissues during inflammatory conditions. Studies have shown that HCC-4/CCL16 is involved in various pathological processes, including autoimmune diseases, cancer, and chronic inflammatory diseases. Its ability to attract specific subsets of T cells and other immune cells makes it a potential target for therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses. Recent research has focused on the recombinant expression and purification of HCC-4/CCL16 to explore its biological functions and therapeutic potential. Understanding the structure-functional relationship of HCC-4/CCL16 is essential for developing novel immunotherapeutic approaches. Efforts have been made to characterize its signaling pathways and interactions with receptors, providing insights into its role in human health and disease. The advancements in recombinant protein technology facilitate the generation of sufficient quantities of HCC-4/CCL16 for these studies, paving the way for future investigations into its role as a biomarker or therapeutic agent in various immune-related conditions.
