Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDE3A, or phosphodiesterase 3A, is an important enzyme involved in the regulation of intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels, which are critical for various physiological processes, including cardiac function, vascular smooth muscle relaxation, and neuronal signaling. Dysregulation of PDE3A has been implicated in several diseases, including heart failure, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. The study of recombinant PDE3A protein is crucial for understanding its biochemical properties, catalytic mechanisms, and regulatory pathways. Through the production of recombinant PDE3A, researchers can investigate its structure-function relationships, identify potential inhibitors or activators, and explore its interactions with other cellular signaling molecules. Given the physiological importance of cAMP and cGMP signaling pathways, PDE3A serves as a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Developing PDE3A inhibitors may lead to new treatments for cardiovascular diseases, while understanding its role in cancer proliferation can open avenues for novel anti-cancer strategies. Overall, research into recombinant PDE3A protein provides insights into fundamental cellular processes and holds potential for developing new pharmacological agents aimed at modulating its activity for therapeutic benefits.
