Analytical Data

  • Gene name

    TYRO3

  • 简介

TYRO3/DTK protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that transduces signals by binding to ligands such as TULP1 or GAS6. TYRO3 is activated by ligand binding and regulates cell survival, migration, and differentiation, leading to dimerization and intracellular autophosphorylation to create docking sites for downstream signaling molecules. TYRO3/DTK Protein, Human (388a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived TYRO3/DTK protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TYRO3 (Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TYRO3), a member of the TAM receptor family, plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including cell survival, proliferation, and immune regulation. It is primarily expressed in the brain, testis, and immune cells, suggesting significant roles in neurology and immunology. Dysregulation or mutations in TYRO3 have been associated with various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. Research on TYRO3 recombinant protein has gained traction, as producing this protein in heterologous systems allows for detailed studies of its structure, function, and interactions. These studies are essential for understanding its signaling pathways and potential therapeutic roles. Additionally, the recombinant protein can be used to develop assays and screen for small molecules that modulate its activity. Given the increasing recognition of its importance in health and disease, TYRO3 is positioned as a promising candidate for developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, making its recombinant protein a valuable tool in biomedical research.
