Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BIRC3, a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP) family, plays a critical role in regulating cell survival and apoptosis. It serves as a powerful anti-apoptotic factor, inhibiting caspases and modulating various signaling pathways, particularly the NF-κB pathway, which is pivotal in immune responses and inflammation. Dysregulation of BIRC3 has been linked to several malignancies, including lymphomas and leukemias, highlighting its importance in cancer biology. Researchers have sought to understand the structure and function of BIRC3 to unravel its mechanisms of action and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. The development of recombinant BIRC3 proteins has enabled detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. These studies have further illustrated how BIRC3 influences apoptosis and cell proliferation, providing insights into novel strategies for cancer treatments. By generating BIRC3 recombinant proteins, scientists can investigate its role in various cellular contexts and evaluate its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in oncological and immunological diseases. The ongoing research aims to clarify the complex role of BIRC3 in cell fate decisions, advancing our understanding of apoptosis regulation and its implications for cancer therapy.
