Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABCE1 (ATP-Binding Cassette, Sub-Family E, Member 1) is a prominent member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) superfamily of proteins, primarily known for its role in nucleotide binding and transport. Recent studies have highlighted ABCE1’s crucial involvement in various cellular processes, including ribosome biogenesis and the regulation of gene expression. Its unique capacity to facilitate the translation of specific mRNAs makes it a potential player in cellular stress responses and the maintenance of proteostasis. The protein is particularly important in the context of viral infections, as it can influence the translation of viral mRNAs and potentially serve as a target for antiviral therapies. Research into the recombinant expression of ABCE1 is pivotal for elucidating its functional mechanisms, as well as for exploring its interactions with other cellular components. By producing recombinant ABCE1, researchers aim to study its structural properties, ATP-binding capabilities, and interaction dynamics, which may provide insights into its regulatory roles within the cell. Furthermore, understanding the functional characteristics of ABCE1 could lead to novel therapeutic strategies in diseases where its activity is dysregulated, including cancers and chronic infections. The ongoing investigations into ABCE1’s biological significance underscore its potential as a valuable model for advancing our knowledge of ABC transporters and their implications in health and disease.
