Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*02:01/Beta-2-Microglobulin (B2M)/Survivin (LMLGEFLKL) monomer is a significant focus in immunology and cancer research due to its role in the presentation of tumor-associated antigens. HLA-A*02:01 is one of the most prevalent human leukocyte antigens, facilitating the immune system's ability to recognize and target cells expressing specific peptides. Survivin, an anti-apoptotic protein, is overexpressed in various cancers and is associated with tumor survival and progression. The peptide LMLGEFLKL, derived from the Survivin protein, is crucial for its recognition by CD8+ T cells in HLA-A*02:01 positive individuals. The study of this monomeric complex is essential for understanding the mechanisms of tumor immune evasion and dismantling these barriers through targeted immunotherapy. By exploring the interactions between HLA-A*02:01, B2M, and Survivin, researchers aim to develop novel cancer vaccines and adoptive cell therapies, enhancing the immune response against tumors. This research has the potential to improve patient outcomes in HLA-A*02:01 positive populations by harnessing the immune system to effectively combat cancerous cells through specific recognition and targeting mechanisms. The recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for investigating T-cell responses and developing personalized therapeutic strategies.
