Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CACYBP (Calcyclin-binding protein) is a multifunctional protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and the modulation of protein interactions. Originally identified for its ability to bind calcyclin, a calcium-binding protein, CACYBP has since been implicated in the regulation of stress response pathways and cancer progression. Its involvement in cancer biology has gained significant attention, as studies suggest that CACYBP can influence tumorigenesis through its interaction with various oncogenic and tumor suppressor proteins. Furthermore, CACYBP has been shown to interact with the cytoskeleton and is involved in cellular motility and adhesion, further highlighting its importance in cellular dynamics. The research surrounding the recombinant expression of CACYBP aims to elucidate its functional mechanisms and regulatory pathways, with the goal of identifying potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatment and understanding its role in cellular homeostasis. By producing recombinant CACYBP, scientists can investigate its structure-function relationship, study its interaction with binding partners, and explore its potential as a biomarker for malignancies. This research underscores the significance of CACYBP in both fundamental biology and its clinical implications, making it a promising candidate for further studies in the context of disease pathology and treatment strategies.
