Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCOA6 (Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 6) is a crucial coactivator involved in the regulation of gene expression mediated by nuclear receptors and transcription factors. It plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and metabolism. Research on NCOA6 has gained momentum due to its implications in several diseases, particularly cancers, as it is often implicated in the modulation of oncogenic pathways. Mutations or dysregulation of NCOA6 can lead to abnormal gene expression, contributing to tumorigenesis. The importance of studying the recombinant form of NCOA6 lies in its potential to elucidate its functional mechanisms, interactions with other molecules, and its role in pathological conditions. By generating recombinant NCOA6 proteins, researchers aim to analyze its structural and functional properties through various biochemical and biophysical techniques. This understanding could pave the way for developing therapeutic strategies targeting NCOA6 in diseases where its function is compromised. The investigation of NCOA6 offers promising insights into the complexity of gene regulation and the potential for new interventions in cancer and other related diseases.
