  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

BTF3 (Basic Transcription Factor 3) is a protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in the transcription process initiated by RNA polymerase II. The interest in BTF3 has grown due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and response to stress. Recent studies indicate that BTF3 may also be implicated in cancer biology, with altered expression patterns observed in different tumor types. Additionally, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of BTF3 can provide insights into its mechanism of action in transcriptional regulation. The recombination of BTF3 into a research-friendly format allows for detailed exploration of its properties and interactions within the cell. Researchers aim to dissect the molecular pathways influenced by BTF3, as well as its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression or a therapeutic target. As a result, BTF3 recombinant protein has garnered attention in both basic research and clinical studies, promoting advancements in the understanding of transcriptional regulation and the development of targeted therapies.
