Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The H-2K(b)&B2M&OVA (SIINFEKL) monomer recombinant protein represents a significant advancement in immunological research, particularly in the study of T cell responses and antigen presentation. This protein consists of the H-2K(b) molecule, a class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein that plays a crucial role in presenting endogenous antigens to CD8+ T cells, combined with beta-2 microglobulin (B2M) and the ovalbumin-derived peptide SIINFEKL. The significance of this construct lies in its application for understanding the mechanisms underlying T cell recognition and proliferation in response to specific antigens. It provides a valuable tool for researchers studying tumor immunology, vaccine development, and autoimmune diseases, where MHC-peptide interactions are pivotal. By utilizing the H-2K(b)&B2M&OVA system, scientists aim to elucidate the dynamics of immune activation and the pathways leading to effective cytotoxic responses, thus paving the way for novel immunotherapies and enhancing current vaccination strategies. This research is particularly relevant in the context of creating targeted treatments that harness the body’s own immune system to combat various diseases.
