稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HER2, also known as ERBB2 or CD340, is a member of the human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family and plays a crucial role in cell signaling for growth and differentiation. Overexpression of HER2 is associated with aggressive forms of breast cancer and other malignancies, making it an important therapeutic target. Research has demonstrated that HER2 promotes oncogenesis through pathways that lead to increased cell proliferation and survival. Recombinant HER2 proteins have gained attention in the scientific community for their potential applications in diagnostics and therapeutics, including monoclonal antibody development and targeted therapies like trastuzumab, which has improved patient outcomes significantly. The ability to produce recombinant HER2 enables detailed studies of its structure, function, and interactions with potential inhibitory agents. Moreover, this research facilitates the development of novel strategies for cancer treatment, including the use of HER2 as a biomarker to guide therapy decisions. The ongoing exploration of HER2/CD340 recombinant proteins is vital not only for understanding its role in cancer biology but also for advancing personalized medicine approaches targeting HER2-positive tumors.
